NextDoor – Benefits for Real Estate Overview

NextDoor is the social media network most suited for the real estate world, because it is a neighborhood (or geographical area) specific site just intended for the people that live in that area to communicate, network, etc. with each other about lost cats, garage sales, crime watches, hiring decisions and more.  So it allows you as a real estate practitioner to farm the exact neighborhood you want. If you don’t know how NextDoor works, you can add yourself into your own neighborhood as a Resident.  But the other option you have is joining neighborhoods (even ones you don’t live in) as a real estate agent.  The way to do this is you have to get someone who lives in that neighborhood (and is already a part of NextDoor) to add you as a Recommendation which would mean you would be one of just a few agents to choose from for the whole neighborhood, you are deemed an expert and there to answer any real estate related questions and have access to the message board for the neighborhood.  So it is a great way to establish yourself and be known in that community.  In this video, we will explore the advantages of using NextDoor in your real estate business. Note:  There is also an option to pay to market to a NextDoor neighborhood as well.
