For many clients’, especially those with children, the quality of schools in the area is often a big factor in their property shopping experience. In this video, we will Show You How to Apply School Information when running reports in RPR and be able to view test scores, enrollment, student/teacher ratios, ratings from parents, and GreatSchools.net, in addition to nearby listings. RPR or the REALTORS Property Resource is an incredible member-only tool from the National Association of REALTORS and it allows you to create property reports, CMA’s, neighborhood reports, reporting and assessment tools for investors, commercial, property management, and more.
